1st Melbourn Guides is a Girl Guide group open to all girls aged between 10 and 14. Our weekly meetings are varied and fun; we enjoy challenges, crafts, sports, games, and learn new skills. We also have camps and days out.
Girlguiding provides opportunities for girls and young women to:
- be challenged by new experiences and achieve a sense of pride in accomplishment
- think for themselves and make decisions
- undertake teamwork and acquire leadership skills
- acquire self-respect and self-confidence
- contribute to society
We meet in Melbourn on Thursday evenings during school term times.
